African Drumming Workshop

Every class will have the opportunity to participate in a 40-50 minute African Drumming workshop on Thursday August 23 and Friday August 24. Students will play basic rhythms on Djembe drums and be introduced to the vast percussion instructions of the Australian culture as well as learn some tribal dances and songs. Cost for this workshop is $6. Please see your child's classroom teacher with any questions about this event.
