The canteen is open Monday to Friday for full service including recess and lunch orders.
Point Clare Public School's Canteen provides healthy food and drink options in the canteen menu (PDF 508KB) offered to students.
Lunch orders can be either made online or over the counter.
Online
Orders can now be made using a credit card online via the MunchMonitor online system.
- Signing up is easy, go to munchmonitor.com and click on "Login to MuchMonitor".
- Click on the "Resgister" box.
- Enter the school ID: "pointclare" and password: "munch2250".
- Click on the "Submit" button, then start entering your details.
- You will then enter your personal details to create your own account and receive a confirmation email.
- From then on you will login using your personal username and password.
- Once your account is established just add your children to your account.
- You can add credit to your account either by credit card or by paying cash at the canteen.
If you need any help setting up or using your account just contact Munch Monitor by phone or email (details on their site) and they will guide you through the process.
Munch Monitor
Our new online ordering system is up and running and is working very well. Munch Monitor is easy to use and convenient. It can be used on any computer or mobile phone with internet access. It also reduces the workload for our canteen staff, volunteers, allowing them to spend more time preparing delicious food and planning special events.
Munch Monitor also gives parents the option to give their children a 'snack money' allowance. Snack money is a daily or weekly limit which allows your child to purchase items over the counter at the canteen for example instead of giving them cash they can purchase on your account for snacks at the canteen window.
Over the counter
Just write your order on a paper bag, enclose the money and drop it in to the canteen before school starts 8:55am.

Help needed
In order to continue to provide more exciting, healthy options on our canteen menu, we need additional volunteers.
We are looking for an extra person on each of our opening days (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday). You don't have to commit to every week each term, you can nominate the weeks that you are available to help. So if food is your passion or you're just keen to help, please consider volunteering in our canteen.
